Bad Images

When ever i try to open my help menu i get an error message that says
the application or dll c:/windows/pchealt/helpctr/binaries/hcappres.dll is not a valid windows image. Please check this against your installation diskette

i may have spelled some things wrong but you get my point.
and the title of the error mesage is HELPCTR>EXE-bad image

this happens when i open a few other apps. i ran spybot and deleted 2 virus's but it still happens.
what does this mean? please help

^yah, i just did it and it didnt do anything

any other suggestions ..... and anyone else know why this error is happening
