It got annoying when every poster from the BvS threads would just come here to complain about the latest annoying users aren't even close being banned.

On the other hand, it has been more fun since they stopped scrubbing clean pages of posts every time we veered even a little off-topic.

Now we have to find a healthy middle ground!

The complaints were coming mostly from the veteran posters who have always posted in this thread, and they were valid complaints about less-than-stellar behavior in one of the most popular forums here at the Hype.

There was just more to talk about. When you limit the discussion to only previously banned users, there's really only so much ground to cover. But banned members - actual and aspiring opened up new doors for discussion...and fun.

Doesn't really matter to me either way, but just acknowledging that this thread was poppin' off the past few weeks and I enjoyed it.

I think the problem was more of this thread just became a witch hunt for previously banned users in the BvS. It wasn't really that much more to talk about, but rather merely an extension thread for the All Things Superman thread. There's a difference between "This poster is on thin ice and may get banned" and "This poster is disagreeing with everyone and I want him to get banned".

I think the problem was more of this thread just became a witch hunt for previously banned users in the BvS. It wasn't really that much more to talk about, but rather merely an extension thread for the All Things Superman thread. There's a difference between "This poster is on thin ice and may get banned" and "This poster is disagreeing with everyone and I want him to get banned".

Well, now this thread is just an exclusive lounge where 3-5 people talk in circles of how they sarcastically want each other banned.

This thread rarely stays on topic, it seems.
