Maybe batman suffers from a multiple personality disorder and Arkham knight is really Bruce wayne , and batman submits himselft to Arkham asylum at the end of the game when he finds out it was him through out the whole time.

I'd rather him die.

Bruce having a multiple personality and Arkham Knight really being him would be interesting but him going to Arkham as a patient on his own to end the game and series would f'n suck and ruin it it for me!

i really would be shocked if that happened. i think there are 3 ways this ends. 1. he dies. its cheap and stupid, dont do it rocksteady. 2. batman beyond. an elderly bruce mentoring the new bats! (my personal fave, and would lead to more games, even if rocksteady is done. 3. batman incorporated. which opens up every kind of future that any developer could take.

with the way the universe is there room for BOP and the outsiders too.

The latter of which was a team created by Batman. while the other works and takes orders from him when their working with him. WBIE has been asking the fan base on and off about a batman beyond game and they know the fan base wants it already. so that won't be much of an issue. unless they make it into one some how. we'll see what happens with ether if any thing.

But Rock steady's part with this is over.

Thanks dark lord

For some reason video stops in the middle. Anyway, I'm sure the music will be great like Arkham City one was.

I said that in the first thread. I'd have no other character interact with Arkham Knight and at the end Bruce is fighting Arkham Knight in the cave, Alfred walks in and Bruce realises he is stood there alone.

I would prefer they not do the multiple personality route. It ruins Bruce's character. I'd rather have him commit suicide then go full out bonkers.

I really hope AK is an actual person and not a manifestiation of Bruce having split personality,It'd be interesting but naaa not my preference,An actual brand new character being introduced would be awesome and much better!

I just finished the AO story and it was quite fulfilling, not to mention that it actually felt sort of believable that all those events happened in one night. It's still a stretch but with AC especially it was sort of hard to believe all the events really did occur in just one super long night.

So with AK also taking place in one night I wonder how they are going to balance that aspect and not make it seem ridiculous given the time frame of the game?

I would have liked it if this story took place over several nights this time.

I guess the only way to believe everything happened in one night is to play it all in one night lol

I've never really cared if it's one night or several, I just accept the time frame as being what it is.

Ya, I mean, it's Batman - he only operates at night. If the story's involving enough, as they have been, it's not even something that comes across my mind. We're just in Batman-land where it's always night, haha.

Yeah, he really is a character that only works at night, it just comes with the territory I guess. I mean the only option to do it over several nights would be having to play as Bruce Wayne as well, which might not be a bad idea but not really something I think people would want. Or would they?

I'd love to play as Bruce Wayne in day time missions and also would like a game where the story takes place over different nights...However I'm fine the one night stuff too

Let's say the games have started in Gotham from 7pm and end around 4 or 5 AM..9 or 10 hours seem plenty to cover everything to me including AC

What missions could you do as Bruce Wayne that would be enjoyable? I'm struggling to think of anything.

Training as Bruce in the Batcave,Going to Wayne Enterprises to interact with Fox,Go to Penguin's clubs and casinos to do undercover work,Detective work,Explore Wayne Mansion and stuff like that.

That could be fun to ME at least

A Naughty Dog Batman game would pretty much be the best thing ever for that - a contrast to Rocksteady. Less everything, and more focused on nuances and character studies - going to parties as Bruce Wayne and chatting to the Penguin, then going to a secret safe room to become Batman and re-enter.

I guess I'm the only one who wouldn't mind playing as Batman in the day-time? It would actually be a good way to raise the difficulty and make it easier to be spotted by enemies.

Not to mention daytime Gotham doesn't have to be sunshine and rainbows. It can always look misty and dreary.
