This is what bothers me the most from this suit, I hope the explanation for Batman having to employ the armor is good...

It's apparently directly connected to how batman interacts with the batmobile.

TBH it sorta looks like Rocksteady saw what WB did with batman's suit in Origins and them trying to sort of one-up it or at least make it look more advanced.

I think Arkham Knight (the character) looks completely awesome!

I'm not a fan of his "ears" though. "Arkham Knight" doesn't have Bat in its name. The ears don't make much sense to me. Other than that he looks perfect!

lol, I don't see how people are in denial about Arkham Origins not being canon to to Rocksteady's work. Arkham Knight takes some things from Origins such as the character model of Gordon, but make him older. I find his model much different from Asylum and City. The new Batsuit in Knight is heavily inspired by Origins when you look at both suits very closely. Main difference is that the materials used is more advanced and sleek. I think it's a cool throwback to his younger years as Batman. Besides something like that, Origins fits fine within the universe, in my eyes.

I've yet to get a next-gen system but I'm gonna pick one up tonight and get crackin'. I know I'll need it in October when this baby drops.

So real talk....PS4 or XBOX One? I need help. I've had an XBOX 360 for years now, but I always secretly regretted now getting a PS3.

Not to me.
The suits look nothing a like in how the suits look at all. How ever the mystery of the bat woman costume where batman dated a black lady (her last name as dukain or was it Ducain I believe) and that woman and her two friends one a female cop and another a tech g eek were playing parts of being bat woman and their suits were the precursor to the suit Bruce and terry wore in looks . And Bane was the main villain next to that black ladys/batwomans gangster father, with the penguin caught in the mix .

Any way I think you should find the mystery of the Bat woman animated movie.

I'm 100% convinced Knight will have no connection to any previous Batman character. Rocksteady could easily have gone out of their way to use an existing character but I believe they want to add something to the Batman mythology. Frankly I would find it a cop out if Rocksteady went the Jason Todd route, too often comics just recycle old characters instead of introducing new threats, Rocksteady are in the position whereby they are not bound by the same rules and I see them exploiting that fully.
