Arkham City: Freeze
Origins: Deathstroke, Firefly
Asylum: Croc, Scarecrow

Can we just all agree, Electrocutioner was the hardest and best boss fight?

Took me days to beat. Kept waiting for him to make the first move.

Favorite boss fights? I will play along.

Origins: Bane, Firefly, Deathstroke and Freeze in the story DLC
Asylum: Croc and Scarecrows nightmares
City: Freeze and Clayface. Also like the Ra's and Mad Hatter stuff.

My favorites;

Origins: Deathstroke, Firefly, Bane, and if we're counting DLCs then Mr. Freeze, too
Asylum: Scarecrow nightmares, Croc
City: Mr. Freeze, Solomon Grundy

Hey, while we're passing time until the 23rd, I had a thought that we should list our favorite boss fight from the series to date. Radical idea, I know, but just go with it.

Aslyum: Scarecrow, Killer Croc
City: Mr. Freeze, Solomon Grundy, Ra's.
Origins: Bane (first fight, not that rampaging beast nonsense at the end), Deathstroke, Firefly

And just because...
I like how 'big' the Batmobile looks and feels in the game. That this car could possibly and believably take on an army and win. The live action recreation with people standing near it gives you an idea.

In Asylum, I love the Killer Croc encounter for its atmosphere and feeling of suspense.
In City, it's all about the Freeze fight, great stuff.
And in Origins, my favorite boss encounter is the fight with Deathstroke. It's emblematic of my favorite thing about Origins overall, the way they raised the hand-to-hand aspect with the martial artist enemy combat system.

City: Freeze, Ra's, Clayface

Origins: Riddler Trophies
Asylum: Riddler Trophies
City: Riddler Trophies

Those SOBs are the true villains of the games...

Throw in the AR Glide Challenges in City, because **** that.

Riddler Trophies in Asylum were the most annoying for me. Maybe I just got used to them.

Oh God. Kryptonite fog. :(

Remember the one at the Steel Mill where you have fly through that tunnel that had the Joker mouth at the opening? I kept hitting off Joker's teeth trying to do that.

Many a swear word was uttered from me when I first tackled that one. Not to mention repeatedly hearing "Augmented reality training failed" after I messed up didn't help calm me down :o

Then one and the one at the toy factory Bane was at where you had to go under pissed me the **** off.

The worst.

that one and the one in front of the courthouse made me swear like nothing else :woot:

I seem to be among the few who liked Ra's boss battle. That was one of my favorites. Not just the fight but the desert setting as well, along with all the supernatural stuff the drug was making Batman see.

I dug the Ra's boss battle a whole lot!

i liked how it kept flashing back and forth between the desert setting and back in the pit room when u landed a hit on ra's when u were fighting off the warriors

The whole Ra's section is actually my least favorite section of the game. Didn't much care for the whole imaginary desert trial thing. I don't know it just felt a bit out of place in Arkham City. Also didn't help that I wasn't keen on the Ra's voice in AC. Stana Katic was perfect for Talia though. She could play her in a live action movie.

Went ahead and preordered/predownload the premium edition off the Xbox store today. So stoked. Ready for some damn Arkham Knight

I'm 100% sure Rocksteady put that in as a nod to Superman 64.

Oh those blasted rings of disbelief! As frustrating as The Arkham flight simulations are nothing takes the cake supreme more than the limited time peril rings of Superman 64. NOTHING:cmad::cmad::emp::argh::argh::fst::DV::fat:

Sorry I have very strong emotional trauma connect with Superman 64

this reviewer captures a portion of why I hate this game with a passion
