The Riddler trophy stuff carries over between both. I started NG+ with trophies still outstanding in the main game and it updated in NG+ after I went back and finished up.

Good job there by Rocksteady. Make me go all the way through Nigma's crap again.

What I love about playing New Game Plus is I don't have to collect all the Riddler stuff.

I take it that you don't have to collect all of them again in NG+, only those you missed in the main game. But if you collected all of them during your main playthrough, you won't need to do it again in NG+ since it carries over.

Finally got around to collecting all of Riddlers stuff. Pretty satisfying beating the **** out of him at the end.

Middle of August maybe. I done Deathstroke mission I was hoping a proper boss fight after you deafet him in a tank but no.

Same. That was the moment that made me realize I hated the tank battle--once it robbed me of a boss fight.

Do you have to buy the DLC's before a certain date or will you always be able to buy them? Do they have an expiry date?

I think they have a few years before they expire.

I said before that RS underestimated the value of challenge maps. But now it's clear that they know just how much we'll be clamouring to get our hands on them after starving us. It's a little annoying for the gamer but makes sense from a business perspective.

That might have been the most egregious use of the Batmobile tank battle.

I mean, speaking as someone who loved the game and loved the Batmobile, and the tank battles....I thought there was something very wrong, and very stupid, about having one of the most dangerous men alive in the DCU...get taken down in a bossfight without physical combat.

Especially coming off of a great Deathstroke bossfight in Origins.

He was MI 5(BATAS) orMI 6 in some other interpretations like beware the batman. possible Gotham (if they aver say that.) lol even though some times we forget this cause the make sure we know he's old and how he get's beat down cause of it.

But Alfred Used to be able to handle him self well . though I don't want him showing his face to criminal's if he's not gonna wear a mask. the mansion (sorry Manner) will just be attacked more often. so will the cave.

I happy with his role as it is .

So I thought this was interesting with all the talk about remaster AC and AO and AA games I have not heard any one talk about what they would like to see besides just upgrades to graphics but I just saw some one post this on the arkham knight forums so I was wondering what ever ones thoughts are about this?

Included in this collection:

  • Batman: Arkham Origins
  • Batman: Arkham Origins Blackgate
  • Batman: Arkham Asylum
  • Batman: Arkham City
  • Batman: Arkham Knight
5 games for the price of one (hopefully I'm not asking for too much, but don't charge full price for each game) with all previously released DLC packs included. (the skins can be used in all games) I don't know if it's possible to include them all on one disc or not a la Super Mario All-Stars (with that much data, it probably isn't) but hopefully all playable characters will be included on each individual disc.

Since these games would have to be more than just ports or graphical updates to get most of us to buy them, the devs should take this opportunity to correct what was wrong with these games and add in exclusive content to encourage us to purchase them.

New Features (multiple games):

  • Graphical updates for Origins, Blackgate, Asylum and City (Some have said that it won't be possible for them to match Knight's graphics and I don't know if they are right or not, so if it isn't, just make them as close as possible I guess.)
  • Give Origins, Blackgate, Asylum and City all non-Batmobile gameplay mechanics from Arkham Knight.
  • Any character (with the exception of Batman and Joker in Origins, simply due to some people's preferences) who was voiced by more than one person would have their lines dubbed over by a single voice actor. For example, Jonathan Banks (who, in my opinion, is the best Gordon in the series) would dub Gordon's lines in Origins, Blackgate, Asylum and City.
  • Make Arkham City and South Gotham larger, with the buildings spaced farther apart and roads that can be traversable by car (The Batmobile can't be used, but hopefully it will save you time should you include those locations in an Origins/Asylum interquel)
  • Dual Play Challenge Maps: All combat and predator maps can support Dual Play. Each Character will be alligned as Good, Neutral or Bad. Good and Bad characters can't Dual play together (as awesome as a Batman/Joker Dual Play would be, it doesn't make sense) but Neutral characters such as Catwoman or Deathstroke can Dual Play with both Good and Bad characters.
New Features (specific games)

Origins

  • Extend Black Mask's side mission to make him a bit more significant.
  • Make Shiva's boss fight harder and add her in as a playable challenge map character.
  • I didn't want to fight Buchinsky but others did so I guess give him a proper boss fight.
  • The Batwing as a player controlled vehicle (hopefully to prepare us for an Origins/Asylum interquel)
  • Give Deathstroke more new moves and since the game would be rated M anyway, make him kill.
Asylum

  • The Joker Challenges would be available for Xbox gamers.
City

  • "Countdown to Protocol 10" A new story add-on. Players will control Robin and Nightwing during the events leading up to Protocol 10 (ex. Robin rushing Batman's infected blood to the hospitals, Dual Play with Robin and Nightwing to take out the Tyger guards invading Wayne Manor).
Knight

  • Obviously asking them to remove Bat-tank fights is out of the question (and they shouldn't do it anyway), so here's a solution for a middle ground. Add in combat boss fights after the Deathstroke and Firefly Batmobile sections and give a combat boss fight to the Arkham Knight that takes place before the predator showdown.
  • Real challenge maps that can be played as with other characters besides Batman.

Just because Arkham Knight is the last Arkham game doesn't mean they're done milking the franchise. The Asylum/City re-master will be out for Christmas. Then after that a solo Origins re-master will come. And then after that there will be a Arkham Knight re-master on the PS5.

  • I'd love all of this, but none of this is going to happen. I think they'll just remaster Asylum and City, while WBM makes an origins sequel.
I hope WBM makes a Batman Beyond game, with completely different moves, design and feel. It's like an all new trilogy while still being set in the Arkhamverse. The only problem is Arkham Knight's 100% ending probably kills that idea.

You think they would have a remaster of AO after asylum and city? A remaster of knight on ps5 would be interesting the game already looks great has it is one of the best looking games this gen so far.

So you don't think they would make any changes to AA and AC besides upgrade in graphics. So you talked about WBM and a batman beyond game. Does that mean that you don't think rocksteady will make any more arkham games then or even batman games? Or do you just want WBM to make them and not rocksteady.

anyone else find Arkham Knight to have more glitches than Origins or is it just me?

I never really had the issues with Arkham Origins that were reported (aside from the sound cutting out during the Batwing fast-travel), so I'm probably not the best example. But I never had any issues with Arkham Knight, really. I'm trying to think of something, and I can't really come up with anything. So while both experiences were relatively pain-free, Origins had the rare hiccup for me, and Knight was pretty much good throughout.

Edit: I do remember Origins freezing once or twice, now that I think about it. So my experience with Knight was definitely smoother than my one with Origins.

Is this definitely happening? Links please?

Some good things there, but i dont think that they would spent so much time and money on a remastered version with those "big" changes.

If i could choose, i rather want WBGM and Rocksteady to work on a new franchise/origins sequel.

But origins with the arkham knight graphic and gamelplay would be a remastered game i would gladly even pay 120€ for it.
