Batman Beyond Rogues Contest

I had an idea for an art contest, not sure if I need to ask or just start the contest or what,
but here it is, the idea I mean...

Batman Beyond has just been reintroduced as a comic and and bringing back his rogue's gallery. But they are also updating and adding to them,
so what about a Create a Batman Beyond Enemy contest?

You can either create a new enemy for him, update a pre-existing character like Joker Beyond, Bane, or Hush Beyond, or update one of the villains from the cartoon show like Shriek or that Hunter guy.

I don't know, I was sort of suggesting it, I mean this could be the spot if someone else wanted to take over and run the contest.
I don't really have time, but I thought the idea might be fun. Letting people get real creative.
