No, its my own take on the character, but i'm pushing this a Gordon story, not only by having Batman some what responsible for the death of Gordons wife, but bringing in conflict between the two,

My Twoface has long hair, hes been in prison for many years.. he doesn't wear a suit or anything like that..hes just escaped.

 

[Showtime]

Two face and a couple of his thugs enter. Before Jim can react he is looking down the barrel of Two Face’s gun.

TWO FACE
You’ve done wonders with the place.

JIM
What the hell are you doing here?

TWO FACE
That’s not happy to see me Jim, I was
upset by our last conversation.

Jim attempts to get up from the couch but is coaxed back to a sitting position by a thug and his gun.

This is an idea that came to me as I was fiddling around on my keyboards, and I think it has a nice mixture of somberness and Hero on it. I think I can make it "pulsate" a bit more, but for right now I wanted to give you an idea on a variation of the main "motif" I have in my head right now. Let me know how you feel about it.

I was thinking this could be the essence of the theme, but there would be variations on it to express diff emotions. A more slower moving, quiet string section for more emotional parts, and more bassy/pulsating string/horn for heroic and action parts.

Pics are looking good, I see your Ode to Bale's Batman in the 2nd pic.

I'm glad you like it, the first one was actually a first phase into the idea, the second phase took on a more marching sound.

exactly what that shot is, I love that picture of Bale, its amazing... i'm going to put up pictures of Gordon and Two face by next week..Steve who is playing two face is worried people wont like his look.. and Matt who is playing jim..well hes very camera shy. i picked the right people huh? lol

Yes please my friend, i love that theme from Zimmer and Newton Howard.

Here is something I made by filtering various SFX, and adding a SFX pad into it to give some atmosphere. It sounds a lot like the Zimmer one, with the exception of slightly different sounds, a different rhythm, and a pad sound in there. Tell me what you think.

You know what..you wont believe me, my brothers sony Ericsson mobile phone the Casino royale one.

You took those on a mobile phone? Wow. I wouldn't believe you if I didn't know you.

I really like the shots. Very Batman. I think I can see alot of the Begins Batman in both of those shots. Very nice job Robo. I will be able to see the photos much more clearly when I get back home on my laptop.

I will also check out the themes to see how it works.

I'm sending one last thing your way for the time being. I just wanted to pitch this idea to you, it's the same idea as the second file I showed you, but it has a "lead" string section in it now, and a reverse cymbal. Let me know what you think. I figured hell, you might not even use it as a theme, but it might come in handy somewhere through the film. I'm having too much fun with all of this! lol
