I'm going to go with King Kong on this one. King Kong took how many T-Rexes down? I haven't seen the Rancor fight anybody but Luke Skywalker, so...

King Kong has the edge agility, but the Rancor has massive claws and armor plated skin. Remember, T-Rex's don't have arms, which made them easy fodder for Kong's grappling skills, the Rancor does have arms.

Rancor has only fought Luke, yes, but you have to use your imagination here!

The Rancor might have claws and armor plated skin, but I think King Kong would be able to break through that. I think King King also has the stamina in this fight. Those Rancor claws might be able to cut King Kong, but when King Kong gets close enough, which the Rancor will do (Get close and personal), King Kong will just pound him into a big pile of meat.
