Ok I wanted to wait and let some people vote for the Pred Vs Bourne battle. But since no one seems to care I'll post my battle now.

the fact that he could summon the souls of defeated warriors make Shang Tsung a badass. Shang Tsung for the win.

Yeah, and his summoned warriors dropped like flies. I vote Shredder because he could handle himself pretty well against 4 Mutant Turtles, who on their own, took down the whole Foot Clan.

I'd also give Shredder the edge since he has blades on his suit that would make quite some damage in close combat, so Shang would have to watch out how he's going to block Shredder's hits.

Shang could just summon a whold army of souls sooner or later Shredder is going to get trired and Shang swoops down for the win.

There seems to be a limit to his powers. If he could simply summon armies of dead warriors, no earth warrior would be ever a threat to him.

Liu Kang would beat him too! I think Tsung has too many things in his arsenal that would help beat Shredder. Granted the Ninja Turtles movie was kind of campy and that doesn't help Shredder's case either. Shredder also was beaten by a rat in thos emovies wasn't he? Been a long time since I have seen them

The movie might have been kinda campy, but the fight was hard and brutal. He took on 4 Turtles who trained Ninjitsu since they were able to walk. And those 4 alone took on an entire Ninja Army and were victorious. Yet with their combined force, they couldn't beat one single person. That kinda tells you how skilled Shredder was.

And yeah, he lost against Splinter. Fell from the roof straight into the back of a garbage truck and squashed by the compactor. But he even survived that.
