I think Boba could take this. He would be able to fly and target Spider-Man from a distance. he has quite the arsenal on him.

Spider-Man is very fast yes, but I think that he missile, netting and laserfire that would be thrown at him all at one time could get him.

Let's chnage this up a bit, suppose that Boba is contracted to take Spider-Man down. He would study his every move and find ways to easily take down his target. I think if Kraven could do it, so could Boba

Spidey takin' on Boba Fett? I'm layin' my vote down for Spidey. It would be a great air battle, but in the end I see Spidey outsmarting Fett. But Boba does have the technology edge of the battle. Some of his guns would be tough for Spidey to dodge.

Yeah, with a poison Kaminoan dart, then with a Rocket launcher, or flamethrower.

Spider-man would disarm and disarmor Boba Fett before he could get a shot in. Even if Boba Fett was able to sneak up on him Spidey's precog would keep him safe.

Obi Wan Kenobi fought hand to hand with Jango Fett and fared damn well, and spider-man is many times faster and stronger. There is really no ordinance that Fett can throw at spider-man that he couldn't dodge or block with his webbing.

You guys also seem to be supposing that Fett would be the attacker and spidey defending, where there is nothing beyond flying out into space that can keep spidey from getting to him and knocking his ass clean out.

It will be a good fight but Spidey will win at last because with his spidey senses and great acrobatic skills , he could dodge everything Boba fett throws at him loh and deals the finishing blow to fett thus wining the fight.

He could dodge an explosive, but not the concussive blast of one.

Any Jedi Knight of Obi-Wans caliber would end Spider-Man's existence pretty quickly I think.
