To be followed by "The Best Part V", "The Best Part VI" and so on...

Many franchises have Parts I through III, but not everyone can live up to that much milked, storyline goes everywhere, legendary Part IV. :woot:

To be eligible, even if the film doesn't have "Part IV" in the title, it must be able to include this if the studio had wanted. For example, Batman Begins NEVER would have been labeled "Batman V" and A Phantom Menace never would have been labeled "Star Wars IV" and so on.....

The contestants are:

Alien Resurrection (Part IV of Alien series)

Batman and Robin (Part IV of first Batman franchise)

Death Wish 4: The Crackdown

Friday the 13th: The Final Chapter (Part IV of Friday the 13th series)

Halloween 4

Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire (Part IV of Harry Potter series)

Hellraiser: Bloodline (Part IV of Hellraiser series)

Highlander: End Game (Part IV of Highlander series)

Police Academy 4: Citizens on Patrol

Rocky IV

Star Trek IV: The Voyage Home

Star Trek Nemesis (Part IV for The Next Generation crew)

Rocky IV was by far the best! :o

star wars, does that count?

I have to vote Harry Potter on the grounds that I haven't seen Indy yet

it's far too embarassing to even take part in this poll. a lot of those films are pretty damn bad...

Halloween 4 it's the final good Halloween movie with Michael Myers before the **** hit the fan with that series.

Let's see...which pig has the flashiest hat...hmmm..:cwink:

I'll go Goblet of Fire.

Thunderball, although it's not a sequel in the conventional sense.

Goblet of Fire isn't fair to put up there because it is the fourth part of a series that was always 7 parts. Everything else has a fourth installment after-the-fact. And if Indy IV is on there, where the hell is Rambo IV and Beverly Hills Cop IV? And if Goblet is on there, as the fourth installment of a larger work, where the hell is A New Hope?

List is bogus.

Rocky IV

A tie between Live Free or Die Hard and Star Trek IV.

Second place goes to Halloween 4.

Having not seen Live Free or Die Hard I'll go with Rocky IV.

I consider Star Trek IV not only the best star trek film, but one of the top twenty sci-fi films of all time.

"Ver are your nuclear vessels?"

I said Live Free or Die Hard.

It might not be up to the same quality as the others in the series but at least it kept John McClane alive for the eventual Die Hard 5 which will hopefully be a lot better and on par with the first.

Live Free or Die Hard by far

The only other good ones are harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire and Star Trek 4.

Haven't seen them all but I digged Alien Resurrection.

Btw, shouldn't TMNT be there?

The Goblet of Fire was greatness:up:

I'm sure it'll change when I see Die Hard 4.0 but for now Rocky IV
