Anybody have those headphones?

Tried them at Best Buy and grabbed a pair of the solo's and the bass sounds alright.

For 200 bucks I could of expected a more better build quality as i hear they break easily, but the sound and the portability I guess makes up for it. Another reason is that they look good and A LOT of people recognize them and give you the look that your rich for wearing 200 dollar headphones (jk) :P.

Anybody else have them or heard of them? What do you think?

Don't waste your money. What are you using the headphones for? The gym, or just listening to music? For the gym, It would be a huge waste of money because they run a high risk of being damaged. For just listening to music, you can get a good pair of headphones for $80, probably less. These Beats headphones are just a cash in for Dr. Dre.

Theyre really nice but yeah not worht the pricetag

Walking to destinations, busing around :P.

I have a pair of Senhiser 650's for home use, but the name brand and the portability appealed to me.

Mind you, i can get an automatic 100 percent refund of these headphones at any given time within the next month so I might get a pair of smaller Senhisers or pioneers.

I think Parker Wayne has a pair. He likes them or did when he first got them. I would ask him about it though.

They're garbage for their price. They're worth $20 for the sound and maybe another $20 for the build - if that...

i have the Solos and i just got them for the style. i am well aware i could have gotten better headphones for half the price. We all make stupid purchases every now and then, so i don't regret buying them.

Yeah I do. I got mine for free after I sold my textbooks back. It has an amazing sound and a one year warranty. I don't know whether I would actually spend $200 on them because of me getting them free, but you will get great value for them.

I've heard better things about Sennheiser though. I'd go to a store and try headphones out and decide for yourself.

^ Yes. Sennheiser is THE brand. Don't waste your money on "Beats."

HD202 Sennheisers are absolutely the best bang for your buck. AMAZON.

Whatever you're using now, toss aside and give these a try. I guarantee in two-three months time you will LOVE these headphones. Give them time to "break in" and you'll be really surprised. I can't recommend these headphones enough. Save your money, and start out with these. TRUST.

The bass is solid but the mids are bland. Also, the design is all right but if you are white I don't recommend wearing them as they tend to give the caucasian wearer that "too white" look.

I have a pair I won them for free so I cant complain I love the desing mine are red but if you could get a better pair of headphones for cheaper get those but the Beats to me are solid.

Hyperbole!

I agree they're expensive but they sound ridiculous, especially if you're listening to a song with a decent amount of base. I can't speak on the durability though.

Spoons, I'm a bit of an audiophile and I know what I'm talking about here. :p All in all, it's MAYBE worth $50. If you compare a bunch of $200 phones from different brands, a Pioneer set of headphones would probably be your best bet.

I'm not forking over $200 for any headphones. I just don't think they're as atrocious as you're making them seem.

They aren't. They are largely agreed to be pretty high quality, especially if you want emphasis on full, heavy bass.

Read any review, they are considered to be high-end, pricy, but definitely solid, even for the money.

Only losers walk around letting everyone else in on their awesome music. Headphones all the way.

I thought this was a thread discussing the quality of a particular brand of expensive headphones, but terry appears to be in a headphones vs. earbuds thread.
