Ben Affleck has tweeted footage of Deathstroke on Twitter. This could be footage from Justice League, but could also be test footage for the solo Bat flick, hence posting here

He's 100% appearing in The Batfleck

I'm loving the look and am really excited to see him join the cinematic universe!!

That awkward moment when you realize that this is just what Affleck wears when he goes outside now so that the paparazzi don't recognize him.

I think that's the Batmobile behind him too. :drl:

Looks like the same room we see in the JL trailer?

Okay he looks ****ing awesome.

Unused scene from Suicide Squad?
A scene from Justice League?
Test footage for The Batman?

Definitely getting a Wilkinson vibe from it.

No THE RAID style Arkham Asylum film. Nope. Wrong.

First thought was for SSQUAD but this HAS to be for The Batman. Regardless, exciting times ahead ladies and gentlemen. Regardless of what property, Deathstroke is going to be a huge part of the DCEU.

That costume does look cool. I do not have high hopes though, as I expect him to be poor like the other DCEU villains. I hope I am proven wrong. Unfortunately, I feel he will just be used for cool fight scenes and nothing more. He really should be used in a Teen Titans, Nightwing or Green Arrow movie, as the main villain.

I think the DCEU villains are quite strong in their roles and obviously have a larger impact on the entire Universe. I feel the exact opposite. If Deathstroke is going to be used, he'll have a big role to chew on.

That's a strong statement.

I'm excited to see Deathstroke, but I can't help but feel kind of disappointed that Joker seems to be getting the **** end of the stick.

Yea totally f**** over. All those teases of Robin's death and if nothing comes from this...

Unless Deathstroke is hired to kill the Joker and Batman is forced to protect him. Which would cause an interesting dynamic.

Definitely.

Yeah, it's still possible for Joker to be involved. I suppose giving other characters the limelight, while still honoring characters we've seen before, is a good decision. Another full-on Batman vs. Joker movie would only be compared to The Dark Knight.

Joker will never be screwed over. In a wider universe, it's time to get to these others characters who everybody wants to see on the screen. Does this mean Deadshot is screwed over too? No. It's just showing us that Batman has had entire run in's with his whole rogues list. They can pull any of them out at seemingly any time now. Or is this yet another damned if you do; don't DC situation?

No, it's the fact that actors don't live forever and there's not an unlimited amount of release slots. If Joker is not in this movie it could be 3-4 years until we see him again in a meaty role.

I really liked the "unfinished business" aspect of Deadshot/Batman in Suicide Squad.

I really hope this is still a movie full of his rogues gallery.
