Spider Man 2 (2004)

This trailer was jaw dropping for me when it debuted during The Apprentice in 2004. A real game changer for the CBM genre.

Watchmen (2009)
Saw this with The Dark Knight in a sold out showing packed with other moviegoers. Definitely the highlight of all the trailers shown off before the film. I wasn't familar with the comic, but I loved the music & dreary atmosphere.

Aquaman (2018)
I never really cared for Aquaman as a character, but boy did this trailer change my mind. I love Mamoa's take on the character. He has charisma and a great sense of humor. The music (especially during the Atlantis reveal) is amazing.

For me, and the 'emotional impact' it had on me, one I would say was the Russell Crowe narrated 'Man of Steel' teaser.

Cried my eyes out watching that.

Ragnarok was the only trailer I ran out and started showing to people who had no interest in CBMs. "You gotta watch this!"

I also have a special place in my heart for the original TDK trailer as I saw it as part of the virals.

Ragnarok's Teaser was the perfect storm, it had epic, beautiful, shocking and hilarious shots sprinkled thought the whole thing.

- Mjolnir's destruction.
- Cate Blanchett as Hela. That headress! ****
- The ride of the Valkyries.
- Jeff Goldblum.
- Skurge with his traditional M16's.
- Loki was back.
- An armored Hulk in a arena.
- Thor's memorable reaction. ("YES! He's a friend from work") Classic.
- That final shot of Thor and Hulk jumping at each other.

The Man Of Steel trailer remains the best comic book movie trailer to this day, speaking as objectively as possible. Never been bettered. A shame the film was such a let down.

My personal favourite however is this:

On the other hand, that Logan trailer is a thing of beauty and the Johnny Cash song totally makes it a triumph.

The TDK trailer is epic too.

All that and of course not forgetting that it's all set to Immigrant Song by Led ****ing Zeppelin. I'm not usually one to watch trailers over and over, but this was an exception. I've never been so hyped up in my life.

Watchmen for me was just fantastic, it hit all the beats I wanted it too and as a lover of the film too, it gave me the expectation and build up and just delivered.

I second the Logan Hurt trailer, and the Ragnarok trailers. Those are the trailers that I think of most often and pretty much bring awesomeness from opposite sides of the genre.

To try to bring something new that's not already been mentioned I'll say that Spader's voice in the Age of Ultron trailers is amazing. He's still probably the superhero film character with the best voice to me.
