Shouldn't Peggy be included? And May, for that matter?

Mockingbirg? :oldrazz:

Have they called Daisy/Skye Quake yet?

If Mockingbird can be a superhero then I don't see why May isn't. Peggy feels the least superheroish but it does seem like she should be on a list like this. And what about Sif??

I really liked Scarlet Witch in AOU but I need to see more of her yet.

So far for me Black Widow wins. Though in the realm of female characters Peggy and Sif are close on her heels I gotta say. We need to see way more Sif though. She's gotten more exposure in AOS than she has in the Thor films.

I totally forgot about May, you're right I should have included her ("The Cavalry"). As for Sif, she is part of Thor's mythology. Same with Peggy and Captain America.

It's sad that there isn't many on this list :(
Black Widow. But Captain Marvel will take that.

Peggy should be here, imo. But of the ones on the list, I vote Scarlet Witch.

That's because Fox has the rights to probably the best female superheroes in Marvel like Storm, Invisible Woman, Jean Grey, Rogue, Psylocke to name a few. I'd say Marvel's doing OK considering what they've had to work with. Peggy and May are completely new characters invented just for the MCU. If they could get Wasp and She-Hulk in the mix I'd be happy. Jessica Jones looks promising.

Peggy isn't brand new she first appeared in the Captain America comics, I would vote for Wanda but got to go with Peggy on this one, :woot: She and Steve was one of the best things in AOU. :ilv:

Peggy Carter is easily the strongest and most compelling female character in the MCU.

X-Men does have the best female characters. But in regards to this universe they could have introduced more sooner. She-Hulk please that would be amazing. I hope Jessica happens soon too. Winter Soldier was a great time for them to focus on Sharon Carter but they chose Black Widow. Now she's stuck in the big ensemble of Civil War and i'm worried she won't get developed. Because she'd be great on this list :(

Really love Black Widow, but Wanda stole the show in AoU! Voted for Scarlet Witch!!

Ahh yes you are right. My bad. Don't know why I forgot that. I guess I'd have to bone up on my Captain America comics but I don't believe she was ever such a prominent character though was she?

I disagree. I think they're doing a great job perhaps even too much so. As it is I'm getting a little tired of all the female characters on AOS. The females kick more butt than the dudes on that show. And the same with Agent Carter (although I did really like the show). Thank goodness Daredevil came along.

And no they should have never introduced She-Hulk before they fixed the original Hulk. After a terrible debut film, and a middling reboot, it ultimately took Hulk 3 films to even become popular with audiences. Plus GA are not comic fans - I suspect a lot of potential eye rolls with She-Hulk for people not familiar with the character. They're going to have to handle her introduction with kid gloves.

I started Agent Carter but couldn't be bothered watching it. And I haven't watched any AOS yet. So that's probably why I haven't seen all the female characters lol. DD is great it's taking me a while but i'm up to ep 8. I like Karen :)

In the comics? no she was just Steve's WW2 girlfriend she was even Sharon's Sister until they changed it to Aunt, but in MCU she's a big character in Cap's universe :cwink: it was real refreshing to see Peggy as a different love interest in TFA she wasn't a helpless Woman needed saving by the hero looking at you Mary Jane, :cmad: also I like how she liked/loved :sly: Steve before he got the SSF before he become famous that's really rare to see looking at you Lois Lane who falls for Superman and just saw Clark as a friend but soon as she finds out he's Superman she falls madly in love with him :cmad: there are a lot of reasons why I love Peggy and ships Steggy hardcore. :ilv:

Marvel has certainly done better with their limited slate of available heroines than any of the other companies have done.

Why isn't Peggy Carter in the poll?

I agree Black Widow and Mockingbird is in the poll and they got no powers so how come isn't Peggy in the poll? how about Sif, May, Sharon, Hill, Jane, Darcy, Simmons, there superheroes in there own right. :woot: I think it's unfair to them because they don't have powers. :csad:

Scarlet Witch

I used to love the Black Widow of the comics but I'm not a fan of the MCU version (although she was good in Iron Man 2).

Peggy. Black Widow is another good one. I'm looking forward to Captain Marvel. I also hope we'll get She-Hulk one day.
