Damn, two on one. But either way, Mulan doesn't come close to topping the greatness that is Aladdin. Or Beauty and the Beast. I'm sure we all know a Gaston in real-life...and talking tea pots. I've seen some of those before.
Well neither of us said Mulan was better than those...:cwink:

BatB is 2 on too many lists :( It was such an easy choice for me to pick it as my 1. Lion King may challenge is musically, but Beast/Belle definitely ups Simba/Nala and Gaston would have Scars head on his wall.

While I'm not as big a fan of Pocahontas like I am some of the others in this category, Colors of the Wind is probably the best song in the entire accumulated soundtrack of these flicks, which says a whole damn lot.

I like them all so much, but Mulan is my favorite. It's actually my favorite Disney (not-Pixar) movie. Love that hell out of that film.

For worst I'd say Hunchback, Pocahontas, or Tarzan. But I enjoy those as well.

For whatever reason I don't consider Rescuers Down Under part of the Renaissance. Love the movie and it came out during the time period, but idk I don't count it heh.

Most of these are great, but, The Lion King has a special place in my heart, not only for giving me a great story with a moral about life but this movie also gave me 2 of my favorite animated characters of all time, Timon and Pumba.

P.S:HADES RULES!!!!!!!!!!! :hehe:

Lion King easily. Aladin, Beauty & the Beast & Mulan were good too.

The Lion King, followed by Aladdin, Beauty and the Beast, Little Mermaid and Mulan and Pocahantas.

Never saw Tarzan or Hunchback, Hercules or Rescuers.

It's just too bad non Pixar Disney Animated films don't have the greatness that these set of films had. The Princess and the Frog seems like it has potential, but we'll see about that.

The Lion King is the best simply because it has the best musical soundtrack. I think that's how most people rate these films.

I don't know about you guys, but I saw the trailer to The upcoming "The Princess and the Frog" and it has the potential to be the first Non-Pixar Disney film to be a mega hit since some of these movies.

The Lion King and Aladdin are the only ones I care about.

Still trying to figure out my favorites but Mulan is definitely in my top 5.

I mean this song is just so damn awesome:

"You're unsuited for
the rage of war
So pack up, go home
you're through
How could I make a man
out of you?
"

Mulan.....A movie that Eddie Murphy did before his career went to a nosedive. That was a good movie.

The Lion King, Beauty and the Beast, The Rescuers Down Under, Aladdin and The Little Mermaid are my favorites. The Hunchback of Notre Dame, Hercules, Tarzan, and Mulan were alright. The only one I hated was Pocahontas.

Wait....

Was "An American Tale" a Disney release?

Fifel was so adorable. It was a Don Bluth film released by Universal not Disney but definitely a classic and just a fantastic film all around.

James Horner scored the heck out of that movie.

My top three:

1. Aladdin
2. The Lion King
3. Beauty and the Beast
