Hans Zimmer's The Lion King

Tough choice, but I'm gonna have to go with Hans Zimmer on this one. His Lion King score has been ingrained into my memory for eternity, even as a kid I loved the heck out of it.

The Lion King > Beauty and the Beast > Aladdin

They’re all great, but Zimmer’s score is next level stuff compared to Menken.
