^It is entirely made of still shots, although they show lots quickly which makes you think she looks at you, but she doesn't, it's a masterpiece!

Yeah, it looks pretty like motion, but it's not film, it's stills, pretty amazing, chris marker is somewhat of a cinematic pioneer.
