oh come on... haven't you ever watched an episode of the Original Star Trek series and thought to yourself that it was JUST TOO SILLY for words... t: or sat down to watch a movie where the acting is just so bad you're killing yourself laughing at how ridiculous it all is? It's like a really bad pun... you just can't help but laugh, however at the same time there really is no "good" reason why it's enjoyable.

Superman is technically an alien movie.

On the recent Superman documentary, 50's Jimmy Olsen actor Jack Larkin (sp?) says the reason Supes is so popular is because he's the first alien who came to earth to help and not attack everyone.

When I watch that I always think, "No, that's waaaaaaaaay off. That's nothing to do with it."

Also all the Star Trek, Star Wars and Stargate movies would qualify in either the Best or Worst categories...

Stargate is one of the Best, as are the original Star Wars IV - VI (New Hope, Empire Strikes Back and Return of the Jedi)

Independence Day is far from the worst alien movie. Ofcourse Predator is my favorite alien movie. Then Men In Black, Pitch Black. I could list forever but Independence is not the worst. Its The Fifth Element or Battlefield Earth.

Worst: Battlefield Earth, MIB 2
