I'm guessing T'Chaka will have his own costume with a cape. And maybe T'Challa gets the cape after T'Chaka dies, or he only wears it ceremonially.

And the claws and metal details are supposed to be vibranium?

I like that is a tight suit, would be the first in the MCU. I hope it works for real just as it works in that beautiful piece of concept art.

I have to admit that costume is perfect for the fight scenes and general out and out action. Some additional adornments like others have suggested though for ceremony and "king aspect" functions would make sense though. T'Challa is a future king of Wakanda.

This should be the final "evolved" costume. Kind of like what Cap went through in TFA.

It also helps that they showed off the (potentially) final costume right off the bat instead of us needing to speculate on what it'd look like for a year.

Wow, I knew they CGI'ed BP, but I didn't think it was this much. I thought the practical suit looked good too. Can't wait to see how he looks in his solo movie though. I wonder how much post work will Coogler be doing with the new suit.

I think we are going to get a rundown on the differences in the suits. That shot of them side by side is there for a reason.

Man, the two costumes are actually quite different aren't they? They new one has a much more feline face, and it's not nearly as busy as the Civil War suit. Now...what the hell is up with the blue lights that pop up on the suit? Does anyone know? I actually think that looks a little ridiculous.
