BLADE - Movie or TV show?

Considering the character is British, I would like a movie set in the UK. Whilst I loved Wesley Snipes as Blade, the flashy aesthetic of his movies didn't do much for me. I'd rather a slower paced film, full of fog and darkness and tension.

Wouldn't that be interesting? Trying to make a straight-up horror movie within the confines of a 12A/PG13 rating? Just do something completely different than the norm. And it would be a good callback to the original horror comics Blade got his start in.
