IS ANY ONE Watchin Blood Blues? it stars Tom Selleck 0f Magnum P.I its about family of cops. its realy good show. if you like manum pi then you will lik Blue BLOODS.

I like the show, Donnie Wahlberg makes for a good detective and I :hrt: Bridget Moynahan.

I like the show so far. Its basically like a nice family drama except the whole family are cops (yeah sister is a DA but she helps them with their cases).

Sort of like a family cop drama. Its nice after watching The Shield where everyone was screwed up six ways to Sunday. In this show, all the characters are extremely likable. I mean they fight and make mistakes but are still likable. But they aren't like scum of the earth corrupt cops like the Shield.

Personaly if it wasn't for Tom Selleck being on the show I would have quit watching after the first episode. But cop shows aren't my thing, other than Blue Blood the only cop related shows I watch are NCIS and Psych.

This is my second favourite of the new shows, I'm a big fan of the genre and I think TVO is right that the likable family angle sets it apart and makes you root for them.

I know Selleck is the most popular cast member but I like Donnie Wahlberg's character in it, he's the sort of cop most of us can relate to. I'm also really interested to see where the Blue Templar storyline goes.

Also Selleck's assistant played by Abigail Hawks is smoking hot. That's the woman he should be going after and not that scumbag reporter who is also probably screwing the mayor played by Andrea Roth. I think that assistant is totally gearing for an epic mustache ride. So what if Selleck is like 65? His character is probably in his 50's.

Interestingly enough, the actor that plays Selleck's father, Lenn Cariou is only like 6 years older than Selleck in real life. He clearly looks older and more doddering on the show though.

I like the Blue Templar story and I'm interested to see where they go with it. Obviously I don't believe that Danny had anything to do with Joe's death. I'm not really trusting everything those FBI agents are saying either. I think we could be misunderstanding the source of Joe's final audio file before he died. What I believe is perhaps he and Danny were doing an undercover case together maybe with the mob. I dunno we'll see. But I don't believe anything that's been said by the FBI agents on face value. Just by how Danny and Frank are, I seriously can't believe they'd have anything to do with Joe's death either.

Still liking the show this week. Though Danny has ANOTHER new partner. He's now had like 3 different partners in 4 episodes. I know the first episode was the pilot and was probably shot quite a while ago but man they keep changing them.

I couldn't tell, did they change the actress for the teenage daughter of Bridget Moynahan too? I couldn't tell. I thought maybe the haircut was a cute way of changing actors.

They should stick with Jackie as Danny's partner, she has the best dynamnic with him.

I was wondering the same thing.

Good episode this week, I thought the stuff with Danny and his wife was really well played.

Great to see Tom Selleck with a new series. They should have the other Magnum actors guest star

I'm still enjoying this show, there is something very oldschool about it that appeals to me, I like the scene every week where they discuss the case at the dinner table.

I have to say though, they have dropped the ball on the Blue Templar arc, in the pilot it seemed like it would be a big overreaching plot that would develop week to week, but in truth it's been an afterthought, and in the last ep it suddenly escalated with Jamie telling Danny in a very abrupt scene that felt rushed and tacked on.

Looking at next weeks finale I am guessing that they plan to wrap the Blue Templar angle up and just become a case of the week show for season 2.

Tom Selleck + Donnie Wahlberg = AWESOME!

This season has started off really well, they need to get Jennifer Esposito on the credits though.

Jamie now has a new partner in Monica Raymund. That's a major upgrade over Nicholas "My brother John can play the creepy guy easily" Turturro. Not that Turturro is untalented or anything like that. It's just that Monica is better looking.

BTW, Nick's brother can play the creepy bastard in a movie easily.

I just watched episodes 2-6 of last season, and MERCY (I think it's the first episode of the new season. I like the cast a lot. I hope they develop a reoccuring villain group/mafia
