Yes, I video taped the Dickies video back when the movie came out (I think it was around 1988), plus I also had the 12" ep before the movie came out, so I was very aware...

On a starter note, I left my wallet...somewhere...and didn't really realize this till I was already in the store, so all I had on me was 15$, and a plethora of 3.99$ books this week...Long story short I ended up getting Nightwing, 'Tec and Green Lantern Corps. Didn't occur to me until a few minute ago that those are Tomasi's two books.

Nightwing 150 - The end of the RIP arc, which overall was pretty damn good. Start's with Dick monologuing about how he hasn't slept in days and is battered and beaten, and he still needs to get back out there and find Harvey. Cue Bab's comming in, hitting him with a big "you're turning into Bruce" thing, foreshadowing the outcome of RIP, kind of. I guess. If you're into that kind of stuff. Anyway, Harvey wreaks some havok, Nightwing in the end saves the day, and the WingMachineThing explodes. Which sucks, cause he had a pretty unique way of getting around, what with the computer guided hang glider thing.

Sucks that this book is getting canned, but that's just how it goes. Don't really know what the canning is going to end up as, so who knows what comes out of it. Maybe a "Nightwing and Robin" teamup book written by Tomasi. Whatever.

Yeah, they're out. They'll probably be relaunched later on or revamped into some new ancillary title that reflects whatever status quo exists after RIP, though. It's the Batman family. The central character will always be around, so you know the ancillary characters will probably be around or come back if they go away, too.

Nice reviews. Just to clarify: Spider-Girl isn't getting cancelled because "Quesada hates married Parkers"....it's getting cancelled because hardly anyone reads it.

Oh, I know that about Spider-Girl..I just wanted a reason to ***** at Quesada. I look for them like candy when I'm on a sugar high.

PS: You know JUST to clarify a point made earlier. I'm not purposely man handling the comics. I really am trying to be easy on them. I tossed the one to the side, but it is perfectly fine. All of my comics are taken care of. Trust me.

I try to keep mine okay, but when your primary method of organization is putting them in big piles on the floor, accidents tend to happen.

If it's any consolation, I've heard that BoP is really crappy right now.

To be honest me and the roomie need to reorganize ours...we use to have the same title in a line in a box...issue by issue now we've just gotten to putting them in the box any old way.

I did that when moving day sort of crept up on me and I needed to pack really quickly last year. Never opened my boxes again for fear of how overwhelmingly boring reorganizing all of my comics would be.

I hate my Peter Gallagher eyebrows actually, so I kinda understand what you are saying. I just am worried what the hell I would look like if I trimmed them. I fear coming out looking ever more ****ed up.
