Cool! Are there more of this stuff out there, or do we have to wait for the show!!???
There are some more of Spacey walking around on the red carpet and also a snippet of Brandon/Bosworth/Spacey presenting, but I haven't found a video that shows the whole presentation yet. I also found a few Superman related videos of Brandon and Kate, unrelated to mtv though.

It comes on this Thursday, right? What time is it scheduled E/P time?

I dont know if they'll spoof it than, but we WILL see a sneakpeek of the film, cause it says so in an interview, in a thread around these boards.. so we'll see.

^ Well they spoofed Batman Begins at the MTV Movie Awards last year, and at the time the movie hadn't been released yet.

Or they could spoof a scene from the movie, like they did the Batmobile chase scene from Batman Begins last year. The saving the plane scene maybe?...

Does Bale still have his Welsh/English accent? I can't believe it's all gone in the span of 3-4 years, since Equilibrium.

Yeah, well he is basically an American. He has been living here for much of his life, so naturally, along with playing many American parts, has just in a way transformed into the typical American accent and way of speaking. Happened to me when I moved back from Dallas, TX to Chicago. People said I sounded southern at first, but I quickly adapted, and now my friends in Texas say I sound urban, and "yankee-ish".

Happened to me when I moved from Charlotte, NC to Ohio. Lost my southern accent very quickly.

By birth, of course. But go look at the numbers, he has lived here since he was 12 or so. He has actually lived in America longer than he has ANYWHERE else. :o

I even read somewhere that he finds American culture intriguing, and that he now considers himself apart of it cause he has been here for so long.

He's a journeyman.

I know what that's like......not really having a home per se.

He hasn't been much of a journeyman... he lived in England till he was in Newsies, and ever since he has pretty much lived in America. That's where he dated Wynona Rider, how he met his future wife through her. He is very much integrated into the American way of life and culture...thus making him, more American. He ears his paycheck in American dollars as well, lol. Has made a happy home with his wife, and daughter in the good U.S. of A.

Do you mean in ethnicity? Or simply the country you call home? Because that is something entirely different. But in terms of your mindframe, what you're accustomed to, and how you act and socialize with fellow countrymen...then yes, you could and should be considered a Spanish citizen

Pardon to go off track, but why has this become a pissing contest? Should we have a "country man draft" ala Chappelle Show, to settle this? lol

It isn't that serious. If he wanted to live in England, he'd be living there. But he hasn't for the past 20 some odd years. He must like, enjoy, and even consider himself an American?
