I always liked Benjamin Walker for a recast Man of Steel. See him more as Kal than I do Bruce, but might be potential there.

He played Patrick Bateman in a stage production of American Psycho, for whatever that's worth to you.Never seen him in anything but looks more soft than what I'd want from Bruce.
Theroux is the best choice i've seen on here but he's still 50Two actors I can see playing a Morrison-inspired, less grounded Batman, in the right age range to have a couple of Robins under his belt…
Timothy Olyphant

Justin Theroux

and a slightly older dark horse, for good measure:

He works if they age up Damian to be a teenager.Theroux is the best choice i've seen on here but he's still 50

is he gonna wanna play batman till he's 60+ though, lol. He's probably my top choice by far, but I just can't see him doing itHe works if they age up Damian to be a teenager.
Side note, why are black-haired, blue-eyed actors so hard to find?![]()
I like him a lot and in another life, he would’ve done well as Matt Reeves’s Batman, but I think he’s just too cut from the same cloth as Rob (same age, sexy rockstar image, made a name for themselves on teen properties that they’re probably not too crazy about) to have them as Batman simultaneously.I know Penn Badgley has been rumored for Mr. Fantastic but I think Batman would be a better fit.

He seems more like a "Barry Allen" type. I would cast him as the new Flash in the DCU.
Yeah but WB is committed to keeping a sex offender in that role because LOOGIT DAT TRAILERRR
I don't think that's going to happen (especially when most of the excitement for the trailer is driven by Keaton's presence and those Supergirl scenes).
Would be extremely hard to buy him as a father figure to a Nightwing actor. Also looks weirdly enough too working class for Bruce Wayne. And too unimposing for Batman, tho granted that could be fixed.I know Penn Badgley has been rumored for Mr. Fantastic but I think Batman would be a better fit.
Safran's quote on the matter of whether Ezra was done was "Ezra is fully committed to the recovery right now. And, you know, we talk to them. We’re in constant contact [and] when the time is right, we’ll have the conversation with them and decide what’s best for them personally. " which is the most BS PR answer for "Yeah we'll fire them after the movie is out."Yeah but WB is committed to keeping a sex offender in that role because LOOGIT DAT TRAILERRR
