It’s never been a mystery, just dumb. Now you see the appeal of Alan Ritchson
It’s never been a mystery, just dumb.
But look how big!Honestly, the Ritchson fancast just makes me laugh because of how dumb and base-level it is.
“Look at how big that guy is… he should be Batman!”
I… okay, sure.
I mean… I am, but not for Batman fancast reasons. But look how big!

The idea of having two big-screen Batmen coexist in separate films might seem a little chaotic, but there's actually precedent for it with Batfleck (the Snyder Cut, The Flash) and Pattinson (The Batman). So, there's no reason why general audiences should be confused now if they weren't before, especially given how distinct Brave and the "Batman Epic Crime Saga" are/will be from one another. The whole cannibalization talk is so not on my mind when thinking about 2 Batmans lol but its certainly an issue they have. I just think 2 different artists can easily make 2 different Batman films that could both win over audiences. if they come out a year or two apart, go for it. If any character can do it, it's Batman.
I just don't know if Sklenar has the chops for this. I do like the fact he looks like a young Alec Baldwin though.
Ehh. It’s not like there was much of anyone at the peak of Marvel’s powers saying “You know, I would love to play Adam Warlock.”What annoys me a bit about Sklenar and some other names that keep popping up is how so many of these guys who haven’t really proven themselves as much just all seem to think that Batman is the role for them. To be fair, I understand wanting to land a dream role like that. But DC has so many awesome characters and projects in development now. It would be so refreshing for a new talent like Sklenar or a Glenn Powell (to be fair, Powell has a much more impressive resume) to be like, “You know who is an awesome character? Aresenal! Or maybe Captain Atom!” Now, granted, not everyone knows some of these characters. But it would be cool to see actors not always going after the Golden Goose and acting like the only character that matters (or who has an interest arc) is Batman.
Sh*t! That's Bruce Wayne! They'd never do it, but it's sort of perfect.

I hope he bites it in Doomsday then lolIt obviously would never gonna happen. The scheduling alone would be a huge headache.
