Good ep. Looks like Gus has extended Walts deal. Jesse is gonna **** it up, i can tell.
Why was Marie so horrified about Walt's gambling story? She was shoplifting in season 1 so she's no frickin angel herself..![]()
Walt was eerily calm and cold blooded in how he agreed with Gus' plan and even went as far saying if he were in his position, hed probably do the same. Is it just me or does anyone else feel that Walt renegotiating the terms of their deal had more to do with Jesse airing out his displeasure at how much theyre being paid? At first I thought it was to help with Hank's medical bills, but after Skylar's brilliant lie, and his reaction, Im not too sure.
This past ep was a "WTF?" one for me. They spend the entire ep in the lab chasing a fly. Maybe we as the viewer were supposed to feel like Jesse; we couldn't wait to get out of there........
I agree. People said the same thing about the season 2 finale, saying that the [BLACKOUT]plane collision[/BLACKOUT] was too far of a stretch, or that it was just a let-down in general. And while I disagreed, I could see where some disappointment may have come from, but this season so far has proved that one arguably weak episode doesn't mean it's all down hill from here on out.i don't understand why anyone would think that episode "jumped the shark".
It reminded me of the same thing. I had almost forgotten about that episode until this one.it really isn't all that much different from the earlier episodes in which walt and jesse cooked in the rv.
Yeah, their almost father/son relationship really shined towards the end there. The way that Walt tries to watch out for Jesse is almost heart breaking, their whole relationship is so complex really. For me, this episode changed my opinion, yet again, about Jesse. Generally I found his character to be the most tragic and one of the most entertaining stories to follow. And then this season, how self destructive and immature he's become started to annoy me. But this episode just reminded me how much of a front a lot of that attitude is for him and how vulnerable he still is.also, the walt and jesse relationship really got strengthened again that episode after it was somewhat shaky.

Personally I loved this last episode. I started out a little iffy on it, but by the end it just reminded me why I love this show so much. Almost every episode is near perfection to me. This show has never been about the external events pushing the story forward, it's always been about the characters to me, it's a very introverted and self-studying show at it's core.
