Warner! Now the contracts expired, bring David Slade back as director of the movie!

Who here thinks Slade would be better than George Miller?

Who the heck is david slade i dont think i ever heard of him.

The 30 days of night guy.
I really don't think he could do this movie.
Besides I think he made a comment about how he doesn't want to do big flicks like this.

It'd be great if they brought him back. The unexpected choices seem to work very well for comic book movies.

Bryan Singer - X-Men
Sam Raimi - Spider-Man
Christopher Nolan - Batman
Jon Favreau - Iron Man (Looks great)

Even Donner and Burton weren't conventional choices.

He was commanding the pre-production for three weeks before Warner fired him and bring George Miller.

Sorry but Singer is not a good choice
Brandon was a good choice but the story line was Crap!

Then wouldn't George Miller be an unexpected choice?

Yes.. I know when I think of big budget superhero team movies I think of George Miller.

I don't think Jake was saying he want Singer to do JLA. He was just saying how some director who are somewhat unknown or never did a big budget has some big hit. Such as Singer on X-Men.

And Slade for JLA? I don't know if that would suit him. With his work on 30 Days, it seem like he better at handling dark & scary stuff than something like JLA. But you never know. I always keep an open mind on this idea thought. :)

No, keep Miller. Why would you replace George Miller for David Slade

They actually replaced David Slade with George Miller. :oldrazz: :woot:

But, yeah, they should keep Miller. I think he'd do a great job.
