I wake up all the time with a voice that ain't mine. It's called a speech problem, the voice I hear in head isn't the one that comes out.

Last time I heard of something like that, it was a guy who woke up after surgery to find out he had a British accent. It was caused by a stroke from a blood clot that originally formed in his toe. That can't be good.
