^Why post it if you know people aren't going to believe you? I remember a while back when someone said their friend was on the costume design team and that we would get Harry with a white costume...he had no proof and he was wrong. 99.9% of the time people on here post rumors or unbacked "friend" facts are wrong.

I read the report on the front page. The contributor of the report made the conclusion that Campbell isn't playing Mysterio. I had info from a friend of mine that disputes that fact. I decided to share said info. I believe him. It's up to the individual poster to believe what they want to believe.

Oh and just FYI, Arad also called comic book fans (X-men fans, but fans nonetheless), stupid, or something derogatory. There's also the inumerable times Arad (et al) dismissed fan reports as fabrication so that they can hold on to the spoilers of the films they were making at that time (which I can't really blame them for).

So, Arad really isn't someone to trust in this regard. well...you can if you want.

Then your friend is lying. Campbell isn't playing Mysterio. I'm 100% sure.

Sam Raimi a little while back directed these movies called Evil Dead and Bruce Campbell played Ash, the main character. He fought off zombies and used a chainsaw, and in short, he was a badass. He's a funny guy, too, and a lot of people like to see his cameos in these movies.

Saw a Campbell lecture at KSU a couple years ago before Spider-man 2 was released and he kept using the same "I DEFEAT Spider-Man" line over and over... and it turned out he played an usher who turns Parker away from a play. BC's "I team up with Spider-Man" probably means absolutely nothing. He'll probably be the person who hands a glass of water to Peter because the waitress can't reach all the way across the table... and they TEAMED UP!
