Did anyone else pick this up? My PS2 crapped out on me before the original was released, so I never got a chance to play it. I just got past the Halloween mission. It's pretty fun.

I was thinking about getting it, but isn't it $50? That's too much for a year old PS2 port, should've been like Resident Evil 4 on the Wii, $30.

Whats the actual gameplay like??? Is it free roaming? Even from watching reviews, I cant tell what kind of game it is.....

I played the PS2 version. Its fun but gets repetitive really quickly.

I guess the closest thing I can compare it too is a GTA game without the killings. The missions and how you go about getting them a set up in a similiar fashion. Its a good game and I stopped playing it during the second chapter bc of FFXII. I need to go back to it

Yeah, the closest thing to compare it to is GTA. It's good. And really, I havent had any issues at all that people have been calling for a patch on. It seems to me like the GH2 guitar issue...a very vocal minority having problems.

It froze on On The Spot, and they say it´s full of bugs.
Kotaku say exactly the same thing.
They also say that Rockstar is working 24/7 and a patch should be out next week

I just rented the game and downloaded the patch, but it still freezes as soon as I start the game. A message comes up saying "Please insert the disc." It isn't from the X-Box 360, but the game itself.

I never had a problem with it at anytime beyond a glitch here and there
