Because it's the first decent DCEU movie, so it feels like Christmas finally having a good movie from them. So much so that the movie gets over praised.

She was exactly the same character in BvS as she is in Wonder Woman. You either like the DCEU Wondy or you don't. Also, Zack played a big role in the creation of both stories. She is the same character.

That's like saying "I like Sorcerer's Stone Harry better than Deathly Hallows Harry." It doesn't make sense. They are the same character. You like him or you don't.

I don't want to get into another debate about her "Man created a world where standing together is impossible" comment when the character presented in WW believed otherwise. Let's just agree to disagree.

Actually, I have been asked to put things like 'you may like it but you have to recognize that is your opinion' when I stated (in response to a post that BvS was a bad movie) that BvS is a good movie - in fact, you were the one who told me to do so.

And go head go through my posts, you'll find I don't vehemently and definitively state things like: One movie was more that enough to judge Ben Affleck was a horrible Batman.

I almost always say things in a way that is respectful to other peoples' opinions.

There's nothing definitive on whether a film is great or isn't great, it all comes fine to the individuals opinion. If a film wins an Oscar it doesn't automatically make it a great film to everyone. Things aren't that black and white.
