I read in "Empire online" forums that Spielberg's original idea for the film was based on this game by Lucasarts named "The Dig".

It's interesting to see IF and HOW MUCH this will be incorporated in Nolan's film. Personally, from the plot of the game I don't see much referring to "time travel"..
As for Bale, I myself consider highly suspicious the fact that Bale seemingly doesn't have any other project officially announced to shoot in 2013 after March when he finishes ABSCAM (??). The same goes with Marion Cotillard. NOTHING scheduled yet for her in 2013 (for shooting) even for a French film, and she is highly in demand lately (most probably will receive another Oscar nom today). Hmm...

I hope her character dies on-screen in Interstellar.![]()

how she did not get a razzie nomination for this is amazing
I really wish Nolan would make the lead a female; it would be a risk but it could pay huge dividends if he pulls it off.

Well, although that piece of performance was abysmal, her overall acting in TDKR wasn't razzie-worthy (or anything to write home about in general).

Impossible, girls can't act![]()
Nolan should cast a cactus, people would still call him brilliant for it.
She was pretty to look at though![]()
