So, I watched the final episode (having skipped the last 5 or so) and y thoughts....
I'm not sure if it's gotten any better as a show, but at least the actor who plays Arthur has. The "battle" was hilariously low budgeted and Leortes or however the Lancelot stand-in is pronounced had a predictable and lame death (this is after he knows arthur banged his wife on their wedding day?!?!). But ARthur dealing with Morgan was satisfying, if a bit unbelievable (a king does not need a reason to have someone executed and with Morgan he has a slew of them, even if she doth protest). Also, Merlin can't save Arthur's momma and then leaves? I think he wins the award for most useless wizard-mentor in popular fiction on this show.
Lastly, Morgan disguising herself as Guinevere and sleeping with Arthur was obvious since the first or second episode. I'm surprised they waited this long and used it as a season finale cliffhanger. It might have been better if she had sneaked into Camelot earlier in the show and did that so as to set up Mordrid for the future.
Well one advantage of them keeping Morgan alive and going the Mordrid route is that this show now has a longview and can skip 10-15 years in the future and recast Arthur and Guinevere. Though it will make the show look even more messy and half-arsed, but it can only help them at this point.
