ANyway i just watched the trailer. Huge huge improvement over the first one. Several shots have been "cleaned up " and look better. Of course we'll really just how improved the shots are when the HD links are online but take for example the shot of the Jake and co landing in the jungle with the helicopter. The first teaser and the Avatar day footage had the same shot . Althought the movement of the plants etc looked real , the lighting itself looked very cold and grayish. From what i;ve seen in the trailer it really looks like they updated with lush sunlight colors.

Can't wait to see this baby in 3-d. MY guess is that us dutch people will see this trailer in 3-d with Christmas Carol . Either that or they'll attach it to prints of Up which is now playing here

Also lol @ the end of the trailer with them mentioning all the hit movies of Cameron
Hell we even had a discussion here many pages back talking about whether people would know Cameron or not. Unlike directors like SPielberg whos's name is wellknown the general audience , Cameron's name is known amongst geeks ..not the GA. HOwever as soon as you mention that he directed that movie they'll go "oh yeah ..i remember him "
Someone jokingly suggested that Fox might be better off showing all the names of Cameron's famous movies. I can't believe Fox actually did just that

I think i read somewhere in this thread that Amelia , Law Biding Citizen and Astro Boy would have the trailer. However if you have the patience , wait till A Christmas Carol opens. I honestly think that FOx will attach the trailer to prints of the Carol as well. It's the last 3-d movie before Avatar and the audience is going to be huge.

He is in fantastic shape. Had this discussion a while back with dark_ b as I had him in mind for Batou for the upcoming live action/3D (similar to Avatar so he'd have experience) "Ghost In The Shell" , I digress but for a man who is 57 he looks great.

I can only hope to look that good at that age wouldn't be surprised if he had the Stallions trainer. Langs a great actor too another performance I'm anticipating to see in this movie.
