Sequels can u make an x-men movie better than a studio?

I'm actually debating writing an X4 screenplay for fun but seeing how I don't have the rights, it would ultimately be a waste of time. Still, might do it.

Scott wakes up in a lab. Sinister is there, Gambit assists him and we can include the massacre of morlocks (survivors from the brotherhood in X3).

X-men shouldn't be about quantity, but quality. If they really fleshed out Cyclops, Storm, Jean, Rogue, and Iceman, it would have been better. Honestly, it feels like the guest stars: Nightcrawler and Beast were fleshed out better than our core group!

I'm surprised there aren't any fan based X-men films. Minus the budgetary issues, I would think a fan based film would be more interesting as well as closer to the comic.

Actually I was thinking about becoming a director..I've wanted to do that for the longest....and direct and X-men movie but that will be after I go to a Filming school.......But then I dont know because I think I want to be an actor..I got my first experience of acting this year in school I was in my school play then I did an acting duet with a friend. We went to represent our school in SC and we got 3rd and that was our first time... So I dont know
