Ok I've had this TV for almost a week now and its been great! But something terrible happen. The screen just keeps saying mode not supported. Ok this is what happen, I was changing the resolution on my xbox360 settings, the display options. I accidently click on the resolution thats not compatible with my 360 and tv. Now is there anyway to fix this? I've been trying for like an hour with my remote to try to fix it. I tried shutting off the tv for almost an hour and it still didnt work. I tried to play my 360 on another tv and it worked fine so it wasnt the 360. Please help! This is Samsung tv I have....

Your 360 exploded on the inside, buy a PS3.

Use your '1337' COD2 skills to find a way.

He's saying "leet", obviously.

Well, obvious enough. Even to asians.

Leet? WTF is that?

I meant to say elite, actually.

I'm sure you know what that means.

Perhaps you haven't switched the 360's display settings back to the original resolution that worked on your TV. Hook your 360 to another TV, change back to the compatible resolution and then try it again on your Samsung.

What did you set the 360 to? What hook up are you using? Did you press source on the remote?

The highest resolution my tv can go is 1366 x 768. I think I press the 1280 x 760 which is not comptible with my samsung. and Yes i've pressed the source button.

So your using the VGA port then, which has a much lower res ceiling than the HDMI or component ports. As 1080i is 1920x1080 resolution. 720P is 1280x720.

Guess I'll have to consult my Samsung manual (I have a 32" LCD from the generation before yours), and my 360 manual. Which you should have done first, and called Samsungs tech support.

I was using 1366 x 768 which is highest my tv can go. But I had to lower it because I was watching a dvd that cant supported that resolution. If i left it on the dvd would have of just shown half of the movie. Anyways I accidently click on the wrong resolution and its been stuck on "Mode not supported" since than:(

Ok I already called xbox support line, and they told me I had reboot my 360 by holding Y and RT when I start up the 360. It didnt work! so they told me to call Samsung and they told me this was a microsoft problem! WTF!!!

YES I FINALLY GOT IT WORKING! What I did is I open 360 tray and I held Y and RT and it restarted my 360 settings!!! No thanks to Microsoft and Samsung!

Haha. That seems to be the case with every Microsoft problem when it's not directly related to 360 hardware.
