Can't sleep, clown will eat me

Exercise around 9PM so that you're tired and want to rest. I do that sometimes when I need to go to sleep early. 50 push-ups and 100 jumping jacks make my body seek the bed, and from there I eventually go to sleep sometime during the hour.

This is a creepypasta thread?

I had trouble sleeping once, too. Slender Man and the Rake had a rave in my bedroom and a screening of The Grifter. During the film, Rakey served up some sushi. Tasted funny but delicious. Afterward HABIT did some knife-based magic tricks.

This past year at college, I was in a single dorm. This worked out well except one thing, it completely ruined my sleeping schedule.

Normally, I'd go to bed at 1, no later than 2, at college. However, since I was by myself, there was no reason to start shutting things down. I'd just stay up watching Adult Swim and goofing off on my computer. I'd stay up until 3, sometimes even 4. This has translated poorly to the summer. I'm unemployed, so there's no need to get up early but I hate waking up at 12:30-1:30.

About a week ago, I decided I'd try to do something to change this. I made up some guidelines for myself. I don't drink any soda after 9pm, at 12pm I turn my main computer and go to my room. By 1pm, I start reading (usually sooner) and try to finish at 2 (though it's sometimes hard to stop so I go past it sometimes).

However, this hasn't worked out. I still am up till almost 4am, but now I'm just laying in bed trying to go to sleep.

Anyone have some tips?

Really man, if I was in college and unemployed I would be up until 4am too. Believe me that will all start to change after your 25.
