If there was going to be a 4th villian in this movie wouldnt it make more sense that it would be Carnage? I'm reading reports about Mysterio being the 4th villian but it doesnt make any sense to me.

Seeing as Venom is reportedly in the last quarter of the movie, no. It would really cut down Venom's time and it would sort of just throw Carnage in there with no story. Will we see Carnage in SM4 or any other Spidey movie? Eventually, perhaps. Will we see him in SM3, no...VERY doubtful. Some think that Carnage couldn't be done right, atleast in a Raimi Spidey film where the rating is PG13.

Although i would like to see carnage in a movie, it is definitly not going to be in this one. Sandman, Harry, Brock, Gwen everyone else the story is packed enough. I am happy to see venom in this movie cause i am a fan, i think they should've waited abit and possibly put carnage and venom in a movie.

If Brock lives in SM3, chances are Raimi will go along with the storyline of him being in a jail cell along with Kasady. Leaving a possible opening for Carnage in SM4, but thats just my idea. Could happen. Could not.

Raimi is all about the stories,not about the villains.For Raimi spider-man 3 will be the story about the symbiote,and that story will be finished when the credits go by.

Though from Raimi's experience, given the proper circumstances, he could probably bring to life a very cool Carnage Not sure if he'd work in this series, though. Oh, and hes not in this movie.
