Casey Jones in the Movie

in another thread someone asked if a spin off movie about casey jones would be a good idea would it?

I doubt it. I just don't see how Casey could carry a feature legnth movie by himself.

A Casey Jones movie probably wouldnt be too appealing. Definately not as markable as another TMNT sequel.

Yeah I don't see him as being a "leading man" so to speak. He's a great supporting character though.

I'll be making a Casey Jones movie with a busy friend of mine provided he gets his video camera fixed and finds time for us to get together to film it. It will have action figures for the characters.

Actully, I can see a Casey Jones movie. But if anything it should be how he became the person that he is cuz, I would belive that should be the only way to make it interesting. And oh yeah Raph should be in it to.

Lactophiliac and I used to talk about this on AIM sometimes. I'd naturaly love to see a Casey Jones movie, although I admit that it would be quite a challenge to sell it well to an audience so it makes a profit, especially while keeping him true to his origins and character.

He's the sort of character that could make for an excellent fan-film, though. I mean if Batman can get a few. I'd be down to watch any that popped up.

I've wanted to do a fan film of him for about 2 years now when I got into the new show. Pretty much the easiest comic book character to do a fan film of.

Considering he has Punisher like quailities to him, it wouldn't be that hard of a concept to pull off and let's face the different incarnations have always had something to add to his background.

Although I am a fan of Casey Jones(big surprise right)I don't see him ever getting a movie. But than again Hollywood does movies like Sharkboy and Lava Girl, so I guess with that in mind theres no reason why CJ shouldn't get a movie.

I'm fairly new to the Turtles (the comics that is) but couldn't they use the story about him meeting that girl and they have a kid and then, I tihnk, he travels the world with the kid? they could do something with that.

That's why I said a "Casey and Raph" movie would be cool. It would be siilar to all other comic book "Casey and Raph" outings that turned out really well.

A direct to dvd release of Casey Jones movie would work. And like others have pointed out.....have Raph show up in the movie.
