Family Guy would never work as a live action project. There's no way they could keep the same quick pace of the show, throwing different cut scenes of pop culture references and crazy things the characters have done in your face. In fact, one reason it could never be done is because they would never find enough celebrity look alikes that are needed to satisfy the amount of times Family Guy makes fun of celebs.

she's TV average looking, (like Mary Ann In Gilligan's Island, lol)

He said he thinks it would be funny, which means he wants it to happen, unlike the live-action "Simpsons" and "Futurama" threads, which actually were "only for fun" and there were no intentions of actually wanting it to happen.

That and the fact that he cast Jack Black as Stewie, Amanda Bynes as Meg, and Will Ferrell as Herbert the Pervert. If that isn't stupid, I don't know what is.

But Meg being made fun of for being ugly is funny because she looks like almost everyone else looks wise.
