Mr. Negative is a big yes for me. Probably the last great villain added to Spidey's already amazing rogue's gallery, imo.

There are better roles waiting for him the genre but since they took Gyllenhaal, a lot of people’s favorite for Batman, as Mysterio, I thought it’d be kind of funny if they got Ben Foster, a lot of people’s favorite for The Joker (including my own), as Sandman or Electro or some other secondary Spider-Man villain and continue the trend of overqualified casting that also included Keaton as Vulture.

Uncle Ben - Ed Burns. I'm not generally a fan of his. I'm not particularly impressed by his range or charisma. However, if there's a character he can play it's a kindhearted salt-of-the-Earth guy from Queens. I could absolutely buy him as a husband for Marisa Tomei and a father figure for Tom Holland.

Norman Osbourn - Matthew McConaughey. After Michael Keaton it feels like you need a fairly big name to be a Spidey-villain. It should feel like Peter is a bit over his head fighting these established, dangerous people. McConaughey is a great actor who could totally play a ruthless business man with a crazy, homicidal side and he would definitely feel like a formidable foe for Tom Holland's Spider-Man. (I also considered Denzel Washington as the Green Goblin.)

Jeffrey Wright is an actor I think needs a bigger part than Joe Robertson. Maybe Tombstone?
