Great idea. I just did a podcast about the Arthur Penn film and there are a lot of things they didn't show in the movie, and Warren Beatty didn't look much like Clyde. Also Bonnie looked more like a young Sissi Spacek than like Faye Dunaway.

About 20 years ago I used to think that Richard E Grant would have made a great Stan Laurel during his prime Hollywood days. They share very similar eyes and facial features. I suppose he could still play an early-sixties Stan but by then, the best of his years were behind him but it would have been a delight to see Richard having the big piece of the pie.
