Agreed. I never really liked the chracter of Rogue but Theron would make be great in it. Good choice.

I picked her because of her look, but mainly due to her great country accent! Please do me the huge favor of watching "The Devil's Advocate" with Al Pacino and Keanu Reeves. She had that accent down pack.
She would definitely bring Rogue to live.
Plus she has the perfect amount of edge and is a good actress
that shows suffice amount of emotion in her movies.
Did I forget to mention she'd look great knocking out
some Sentinels?

she would actually be pretty good. shes not completely unheard of, but shes not too big. i dont really want biggers actors like charlize theron to come on. when i was younger and the first one came out (i was 11 and a half) i really didnt know many actors so the few that i recognized didnt make to much of a big deal to me. now, if a more well known actor like charlize played someone i think it would take away from the xmen world that we've come to know for me.


as ive said i wouldnt recast anyone from the previous movies. besides it seems like if a character was a major character (ie nightcrawler) they just invent a reason to take them out rather than recast them.

I completely support this idea. She just did a Disney movie with a lot of martial arts stunts; she'll be experienced enough to really do a good job with this.

these are for the most part the same suggestions i had before, but now i have some photos to help visualize.

my x-men would be similar to the astonishing comic's lineup of cyke, emma, beast, kitty, colossus, and gambit replacing logan (i doubt hugh will stay on for more movies). the other students could be around like in the comics, but wouldnt be core cast. throw in psylocke for fun.

as for the villains, i'm casting for the mutant massacre and legacy virus plotlines (or how they might be interpreted in the movie), with sinister and ultimately apocalypse behind the machinations. bring back sabretooth (hopefully tyler mane has taken some acting lessons) as well as gambit's connection to him and sinister, and that's all the new movie will really need.
