Post your best casting choices for any characters you want in the DCU, regardless whether they have films in the works or not. Who are your definititive choices for the characters of the DCU?

Here are my final choices for the Superheroes of the DCU:

Christian Bale as Batman (Height 6'0)

Brandon Routh as Superman (Height 6'3)

Taylor Cole as Wonder Woman (Height 5'9)

Jerry O'Connell as Barry Allen (Height 6'2)

    * While I like Brandon Molale's look also, Fraser has a proven acting range that's perfect for the role.

Brad Pitt as Jonah Hex.....The all American Pretty boy face, contrasting with the deformed side would be perfect.

Neal McDonough....Has the dashing looks of a leading actor back in the 40s. Thats why I think he should play the leader of The Blackhawk Squadron.

    K. Steel. You are a genius. They all match, imo. You should be the casting director for every dc movie from now on. :woot:

Has Dwayne Johnson officially been cast as Black Adam? I think he'd be great.

    I like, I like.

Never thought of that, but good choice. He'd be good for a crazy conspiracy theorist.

I love how he plays outlandish extreme characters. He could make it as fun as the cartoon version.

Jerry O'Connell? He's a great actor. He's got the right comedic timing and voice [he voiced Captain Marvel in JLU] and has experience in sci-fi from being the star of the show Sliders.

He's got the superhero height at 6'2 and the traditional big, wide devious Flash smile. I was thinking of an actor who could fit the Ross artwork of Barry with the blue eyes and big smile while still having a good sense of comedic timing.

He's right for the Flash as long as singing isnt required

I forgot the tv show he was playing but my problem with him is that even if he can act he look too much like a tv star than anything else and that can be a problem But the rest of your cast is really good!

Well maybe its personal. I don't think he s a bad actor. What I meant is that his face constantly remind me of a guy who played on tv every time I see this guy. Now I remember the tv series...It was my ''secret identity''. Maybe your were too young when it aired but I used to watch that show.It was a good show but with cheap special effect. I rather see an unknown actor than him. But that s me of course.

a wide devious smile is definitely not something I associate with Barry Allen.
