Imperfect Cell is badd, but Supergirl will definitely win.
She has all the powers of Superman and isn't that much weaker than Superman, who'd mop the floor with Impefect Cell. (Pre- or Post-Crisis)

i mean post......but even supergirl been stronger than all series but she still no match for cell. first we instance her teacher superman first.
if superman was at frieza 100%'s level in the end of kara zor-el then supergirl is stronger than superman after kara zor-el over. i guess she's only at antroid 19's level. even if she got enrage and power she still as trong as android 18.(she can achieve her true power with emotion.)

well if u still dont get it i'll demonstrate superman's capability first. his destrution ability non able to compare any villian after frieza saga. it's quitely simple. can he able to destroy a planet with his force?(he may be in post kara era. but i doubt he still need to use his fullpower if he want to.)

for supergirl........she cant win...but just like gohan.....she can beat cell if she get angry. the chance still puny.. but she's immortal also which cell cant kill her either.... supergirl still had avantage somehow.

Superman placed mental blocks to supress his powers, but had his mental blocks been destroyed, he'd possibly have limitless strength, especially due to his power increases under the yellow sun.

- Saying that Superman (Pre-Crisis, Post-Crisis, Prime, etc.) isn't stronger than any villain after Frieza is outrageous. And yes, Superman can destroy a planet with force. A strong, focused enough beam from the eyes is strong enough.

- If by post Kara era, you mean Post-Crisis, then you need to do better research/read some older comics. Pre-Crisis Superman makes Post-Crisis Superman look like nothing.

Probably not. Like I said before kamehameha waves are just flashy jokes! And she'd just deflect the energy disks with a focused blast of heat vision or she'd just fly to the other freakin side of the world and juke those slow @ss disks. Face it Superirl isn't gonna get beat by anyone that gets beat by a Ascended SSJ like its nothing(Supergirl is WAY stronger,faster,and more durable easily) she'd embarass him and toss him in the sun.

if he can he already use to vegeta but no....he cant able to achieve these attack until he reach to perfect form. beside.......first imperfect form already enough to destroy entire solar system with no scratch and sweat. not to mention the imperfect 2nd. in fact, almost anyone in android saga can destory entire planet even krillin(if ur powerlevel over 10,000) which planet detrution just a common in dbz after saiyan saga.

i didnt underrated at her...android 19 was way ahead than frieza's capability already. i can figure that way becuz i have proof that superman as strong as ssj goku at namek in post-crisis saga. superman seems no limit in his strangth becuz his oppoment was way out of league to him. just like gohan to cell and goku to frieza. but when they facing the new oppoment, guess they would just end like those villian.

by the way cell cant use disc becuz his transformation isnt complete which there's alot of attack he cant able to use. beside that disc attack already way out of fashion in android saga(disc attack has speed limit and almost everyone can able to dodge it. and it is a risky move which u would been defendless when u achieve it.).

What are you talking about? Bug form cell threw the kamehameha attack vs piccolo in the city, and was able to use solar flare to escape. He could use all of their attacks in his bug form

Exept larvae, embryo, and egg form. He even knows all of their fighting styles and everything.
