That's what I'm saying.

I think it's going to lose its effectiveness having the same guy in all these iconic figure's roles if it hasn't already to be honest.

I like Boseman a lot, good screen presence but they need to switch it up

He's hot right now, that's the long and short of it. It may wear thin after a while but he's been able to change up his characterization so much in each role it may not.

Saw it last night. Thought it was good. Nothing mind blowing, but a well made film. Also found it somewhat amusing both actresses that play the young female cops on Chicago PD had (small) roles in this.

hopefully the film will still make a profit, hopefully it is being promoted in foreign markets, that is often the shortcoming with studios they under-sell "black" films in foreign territories and it becomes a stereotype that black actors don't sell in international markets. (foreign distributors who buy into this notion don't help, either).

The movie was solid. Nothing particularly spectacular but a entertaining watch.
