Changing Thread Titles?

How do we get a Thread Title changed around here to match the topic being hashed?

Over on the Comic Marvel Board we have a thread called Storm vs Thor,...

The topic though is a "popularity" contest.

I'd like to change it to Storm/Thor Popularity contest.
