This is just a preliminary list. It will change depending on trailers and other news.
I got around to seeing 19 films on my list in theaters last year, this year looks like it will be even more ridiculously packed. This is a pretty good line up of films and this summer looks incredible, I'm pretty sure after May I'll be flat broke until August.

Insidious: Last Key
The Commuter

February
Cloverfield
Winchester
Black Panther

March
Pacific Rim: Uprising
Ready Player One

April
A Quiet Place
The New Mutants

May
Avengers: Infinity War
Slenderman
Solo

June
Deadpool 2
Incredibles 2
Jurassic War: Fallen Kingdom

Aside from a few, 2018 doesn't look as promising as 2017 did.

Forget the name, but the one with Christian Bale as Dick Cheney from the director of The Big Short. Thats going to be great.....

I think 2017 had better CBMs and Horror definitely. At least for overall quality. But I feel 2018 will give a lot of quantity....a lot of decent films instead of a handful of really good films.

So far my 2018 list reads as Three Billboards & Shape of Water. Coco will be seen before its cinematic departure.
